For starters, I have added a new category \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Lives Well Lived \u00e2\u20ac\u201c that will spotlight people and programs that make a positive difference, large or small. First up in that category is a man and his dog story.\u00c2\u00a0William Hurskin<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0took in a 40-plus-pound 11-year-old English bulldog named Nigel. The ‘old dog’ had been rehabilitated by the Asper de Tyson Foundation and Sanctuary<\/a> (more about the Foundation in future posts), but Nigel\u00c2\u00a0required a very high level maintenance for his ongoing survival. Mr. Hurskin was willing to care for him, and, as it turns out, when Mr. Hurskin was diagnosed with cancer, Nigel took very good care of him.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Well here I go again!
